Alphanumeric is hiring an HIV PREVENTION MARKETING MANAGER to work in the Research Triangle Park, NC area with our client of 20 years committed to improving lives through medical and pharmaceutical advancements.
Pay range: $47.50 - $52.00
This role is hybrid, with 2 or 3 days working from the office / from home
This role is available through a W2 contract with Alphanumeric, in collaboration with ViiV Healthcare
This Role requires 10 to 20% of travel (around 2 trips during the 6 month contract)

- This role would be focused on supporting our brand performance and strategy within our marketing team.
- It would engage with cross functional partners and our field-based roles to create, review and execute materials and tactics.
Responsibilities:
- Develop branded & unbranded tactics for professional audiences.
- Create key assets to support HCP marketing team.
- Leverage HCP insights (unmet needs) in the development of meaningful non-personal and rep delivered materials.
- Manage professional creative and media agencies.
- Manage communications with the field.
- Lead our monthly brand performance reviews.
- Assist in development of strategies and message development.
- Consistently establish detailed timelines and manage projects to those timelines.
- Manage projects through the Promotional Review process.
- Evaluate and set project budgets, work with agency/finance to ensure progressing according to budget.
- Foster strong, collaborative relationships with internal cross-functional teams and external partners to align objectives across multiple groups and influence outcomes.
- Identify/build effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders that are grounded in trust/mutual respect.
- Foster open communication among project team members, network and build alliances in a spirit of collaboration.
- Build consensus by involving others in decisions that impact them; handle controversial issues responsibly.
Basic Qualifications:
- We are looking for professionals with the required skills to achieve our goals.
- Experience in Contentlab is a must
- Bachelor's degree and minimum 4 years Pharma / Life Science experience.
- Minimum of 4 years pharmaceutical experience.
- Experience within the HIV space is a bonus but not a requirement.
- Experience working within US commercial pharma / life science organization required.
