Alphanumeric is hiring a PROJECT SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR to work in Orlando, FL with an environmental-friendly energy innovator focused on sustainability.
This role requires full eligibility to work in the USA. We do not offer work visa sponsorships for this position.
The Project Support Administrator will have a vital role that is strategically aligned to support the field personnel with the post outage documentation. This role be responsible for scanning all the documentation that is received from outage and categorizing it according to the project and scope.
Conditions:
- Type of employment: W2 Contract (on-site)
- Duration: 6 months with potential for extension
- Work location: 2287 Premier Row Orlando, FL
- Monday to Friday 8:00 to 5:00pm
- Pay range: 20$/hour
- MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ON A W2
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive packages from the field with regards to outages.
- Ensure all materials sent to outage are returned.
- Separate the documentation by type, and scan documents into respective outage folders.
- Assist with the archiving and retention of the previous calendar year’s logbooks.
- Follow the document control, archival, and retention processes per department and corporate standards.
- Support branding and document control awareness.
- Utilize technology to enhance work efforts and prepare reports that represent data obtained through various platforms.
- Participate and facilitate department and project initiatives.
- Actively support the continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
- Overnight travel (less than 10%) by land and/or air.
- Perform other such duties as may be required.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EDUCATION:
- Education and/or Experience: Preferably a two (2) year degree from an accredited institution, but a minimum of a High School diploma and two (2) years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business metrics and procedural documentation. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, suppliers, and the general public.
- Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
- Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
- Computer Skills: Knowledge of database, project management, spreadsheet, word processing software, and electronic mail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, Power Point, One Note, Outlook) Software and Document Management Software.
