Alphanumeric is hiring a TRAINING SPECIALIST (Adult Learning and Development Technician) to work in Lincoln, NE with an experienced manufacturer of leading global consumer health brands.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Adult Learning and Development Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training within a manufacturing GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) environment, excellent communication and facilitation skills. Proficiency in computer skills, video editing, database LMS (Learning Management System) and Veeva is a bonus.
This role requires full eligibility to work in the USA. We do not offer work visa sponsorships for this position.
Conditions:
- Type of employment: Contract W2, 100% on-site
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ON A W2 - Duration: 3 months with a high probability for conversion from Contract to FTE based on performance, attendance, and business needs.
- Work location: Lincoln, NE
- Schedule: Monday to Friday 40H/week, regular business hours.
- Pay rate: 30$/hour
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in training within a manufacturing GMP environment.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training processes.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including video editing software.
- Experience with database LMS (Learning Management System) management.
- Familiarity with Veeva systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs tailored to adult learners in a manufacturing GMP environment.
- Understand and implement effective training processes and methodologies.
- Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and virtually.
- Utilize computer skills to create and manage training materials, including video editing for instructional content.
- Maintain and update training records in the LMS database.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop appropriate solutions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to
improve outcomes.
