Alphanumeric is hiring a Compliance Training Advisor to work in Rockville, MD with our client of 20 years committed to improving lives through medical and pharmaceutical advancements.

POSITION TITLE: Compliance Training Advisor
DURATION: Through the end of December 2024
100% ON SITE
HOURLY PAY: $42.50

The primary purpose of this role is to support the day-to-day learning administration, coordination, and facilitation needs of the site.

Collaborative working with local and global teams is strongly required. This role must be able to engage positively and effectively with the business functions at site to support their needs. Local and global standard procedures and request management practices are required to be adhered to in this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support training coordination and delivery (Site induction training, Train the Trainer, etc.)
Perform Learning Management System (LMS) administration including:
  • Compliance Training assignment
  • Compliance Training scheduling
  • Compliance Training recording
  • Compliance Training reporting
  • Compliance Training creation
  • Provide support to learners and mangers to support their understanding of Compliance Training requirements, Compliance Training management practices, and learning systems
  • Training logistics support e.g. room booking, materials management, trainer liaison, and documentation support
  • Support records management activities to regulatory and local standards e.g. archiving learning documentation
  • Monitor and report training activity against agreed measures and KPIs
  • Prepare documentation and records management to support audit requirements
  • Support the management of local training facilities e.g. Site Learning Zones
  • Ensure learning items and curricula are defined, kept up to date, and annually maintained through partnering with subject matter experts and/or curriculum owners
  • Support, monitor, and continually improve the systems and processes associated with the coordination and administration of training activities

MINIMUM LEVEL OF EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred

JOB-RELATED EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • Experience in training coordination and facilitation
  • Experience in using LMS
  • Good understanding of the LMS and functionality to support learning
  • Experience in Biopharma, Pharma, or other highly regulated environment
