Alphanumeric is hiring a PRODUCTS COMPLAINT ADMINISTRATOR to work in Zebulon, NC with our client of 20 years committed to improving lives through medical and pharmaceutical advancements.

This role supports general business operations by providing various administrative duties to support various product lines, by administrating potential faulty Pharmaceutical products, investigating complaints and escalating sample quality control procedures.

This role is available through a 1 year W2 contract (with possibility to renew) and offers a salary between 30 and 39 USD/h gross.

Please note that we cannot sponsor work visas for this role, and in order to apply you need to be legally eligible to work in the USA.

Job responsibilities:
  • Managing product quality complaint samples
  • Process customer complaint letters
  • Register product quality complaints into Veeva Vault
  • Prepare canisters to ship via UPS
  • Prepare shipments going to company sister sites

Education:
  • Associate's degree required (related to Biology, Pharmaceuticals, or similar)
